11. Dispute Resolution

         

Before initiating formal action, you agree to contact us at support@justwomenssports.com to try to resolve the matter informally. If no resolution is reached within 30 days:

  • Disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • Arbitration will take place in the State of California unless both parties agree otherwise.
  • You and Just Women's Sports Shop powered by Monarch Commerce waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt-out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@justwomenssports.com within 30 days of your first use of the Services.

      

12. Governing Law

       

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

       

13. Changes to These Terms

14. Entire Agreement
