All orders placed through this shop are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner.

        

Order Processing

   

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.    

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Standard Shipping:
Estimated Delivery: 10–14 business days after processing
Rate: $7.99

Shipping to Non-Contiguous U.S. Locations:

Estimated Delivery: 10–14 business days after processing
Rate: $9.99

 

Delivery estimates begin after your order has cleared processing. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Just Women's Sports is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

        

Order Tracking

    

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

You can also track your order on the carrier’s website or through your Shopify order confirmation page.


If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder first.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

   

If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and all household members
  • Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Wait 24-48 hours — packages are occasionally scanned before final delivery
  • Contact us at shop@justwsports.com if the issue is not resolved

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Note on porch theft: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend using a secure delivery location.

        

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

   

Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@justwsports.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.
