1. Orders & Tracking
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders fast and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Reach out to shop@justwsports.com immediately and we will do our best. If your order has already shipped, eligible items can be returned per our Returns Policy.

How do I track my order?

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

     

2. Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 10-14 business days after shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items cannot be returned. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

4. Discount Codes & Promotions
How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the 'Discount' field at checkout and click Apply. Your discount will be reflected in the order total before payment.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.
