Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your JWS gear. If something is not right, here is what to do.

   

Return Window

       

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

         

Eligible Items

         

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale
             
Final Sale Items

      

Items listed as final sale  are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale designation will be clearly noted on the product page at time of purchase.

   

How to Initiate a Return

         

To start a return:

Please contact us at shop@justwsports.com with your order number and we will assist. 

     

Return Shipping

     

Defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us or submitting through the returns portal.

Preference returns (size, fit, changed mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. There will be a flat fee of $7.99. 

     

Refund Processing

   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

We do not offer refunds on original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.

       

Non-Returnable Situations

    

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

  • The item does not meet our return condition requirements
  • The return is initiated outside the 30-day window
  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • The item is marked as final sale
         
Damaged or Lost Orders

      

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@justwsports.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
